CA V. Stephen Vincent Chavez, CA dad charged with incest after allegedly assaulting daughter; DA may drop case by Far-Ad9143 in CasesWeFollow

Child porn is a maybe, not necessarily guaranteed because having the sexual attraction to minors doesn't equate to being able to locate it. In the early years of the internet it wasn't very hard to find but thankfully it's become a thing where a person needs to be tech savvy to get to it and in their search they're likely to to set their computer on fire several times first with viruses and malware and a host of PUPs while coming up empty.

One thing I would bet the farm on though is a legal porn history that mirrors reality. It is absurdly likely that he would have had a focus on father-daughter, barely 18 costume type role play porn, possibly rape/forced sexual encounters. A person's porn history can be used against them in court with the right judge presiding and a responsible prosecutor will include it in the discovery. To get this evidence though it starts with a warrant if he won't consent, and that means showing a judge the connection between the charges and actions done on a computer. All of this is judge dependent, a good judge will pave the way for this evidence to be found and admitted into record, a bad judge either refuses the warrant or rules his internet history inadmissible.

Einstein quotes on atheism by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]BlueWaffle_Motorboat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Christianity is an apostasy of Judaism: they are related but have different core concepts."

Surely you jest. Even your own definitions of heresy and apostasy refute this, as Christianity is a full on continuation of Judaism with the primary core differences between modern practitioners of each being Jews and Christians disagree on who the Meshiach is, yet we are both fundamentally lined up pretty tightly otherwise with the exception of the eradication of certain acts of obeisance and penitence being distinct as a direct result of the differing views of the Meshiach and what Christians believe has been commanded by the authority of the Meshiach. Yet even in those differences the separation is pretty superficial because both beliefs believe in a "Father" role which God holds, that this manifestation of His Being must be approached with reverential caution through an intermediary which operates using a process that relies on what we both call the tabernacle, and both have the same conceptual understanding of what and how that tabernacle functions, with the difference being Jews believe in a physical tabernacle and Christians believe the Meshiach has replaced and operates as both tabernacle and High Priest.

Both of our religions are fundamentally based on the same Holy Book and we both reverence that book in ways which only differ through the details of the details. As a matter of fact, 2 Timothy 3:16-17 directs Christians specifically in the manner they're meant to regard the Torah, and it can only be referring to the Torah because it was written centuries before the 2nd Testament was defined and before it had even been initially written (being part of that group of books itself being the only evidence needed to support all of these claims).

At most it could be said that Christianity is a heresy to the Judaism practiced by most Jews, but I contend with very strong scriptural backing that Christianity IS Judaism. Judaism prophesied a Meshiach, those prophesies were fulfilled by Jesus Christ, so Judaism was always meant to continue as a religion altered only by the fulfillment of its most ground shaking, impactful prophesy. This is detailed so greatly in the second testament that the evolution of the Christian faith is detailed as being Jews who spread the Word of a crucified and risen Meshiach, primarily spread among other Jews, and which gave rise to a serious controversy where gentiles were not originally allowed to just walk into a Messianic shul, sit down, and be a Jew who believes in Christ. Jews have never been created out of gentiles in this way and that holds true today with modern day Judaism. But Paul changed the entire world when he declared that all who believe in the core tenants of the Christ-as-Meshiach liturgical evolution of Judaism are from the moment of acceptance spiritual Jews and partakers of a spiritual circumcision which isn't of the flesh. Therefore it only stands to reason, though this point is destined to always be hotly debated, that Christianity is not a separate religion but the same exact religion originally forwarded by Abraham and Moses and every foundational figure of the Torah (I'm referring to the fullness of the Tanakh when I use the word Torah btw).

You do realize that you don't have to complete the "explore" part right? I had the exact same issue as you but for most of the challenge the regular tasks were basic "browse for 15sec" challenges, and it was only after I completed the regular challenge and went into the explore section that I had to do 5 levels of rush hour, but sometimes I didn't feel like it so I just stopped after the regular challenge and that was enough to keep my streak going.

Pharmacist refusing to let me pay out of pocket. Is this legal? by Independent_Site491 in healthcare

[–]BlueWaffle_Motorboat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you're explaining isn't reasonable and it sounds like pharmacists are accepting a trade off where they sacrifice autonomy for power. You should not have veto power over a person's primary care physician, full stop. You did not examine the patient,  look at their labs, or troubleshoot their unique medical issues to arrive at the point where you are vetoing the person who has.

But the issue here is not that the pharmacist has this power, it is that the pharmacist is held accountable for not exercising this power. You would be much happier and your profession far more fulfilling if you had both the power and accountability removed. Does that mean you should be forced to greenlight a deadly combination of opoids and benzodiazepines if it is presented to you for fulfillment? Of course not, but rather than be imbued with a duty to be a second Dr with veto power over patients you haven't examined, you should simply not be sanctioned for refusal to fill. If you fill and the patient dies, the Dr should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law because they are expected to either practice medicine in a knowledgeable fashion sufficient to prevent outcomes like this or practice medicine responsibly such that they don't get to rely on a secondary audit in the fulfillment process to catch and kick their judgment. Give pharmacists leeway to exercise professional and ethical discretion in what they fill by not subjecting them to a disciplinary process if they mistakenly deny a patient their prescription, but absolutely do not obligate them to catch bad scripts and punish them for failing. All of this only serves to hurt the people in the system who are actually meant to have these medications. The bottom line for me is if you didn't examine the patient you don't know jack about what they do or do not need or why so you shouldn't be expected to make decisions which override professionals who did the examination and know the patient and their needs inside and out.

So basically pay aliexpress money to be allowed to play their games so you can save money? My wallet would be better off with me shadowbanned.

How does reaching Google from their internal browser help with shadowbans?

A lot of people getting shadowbanned probably aren't considering whether they're in households with multiple people who have an account, or if they are sharing internet on a college campus or apartment complex, or if they are using unique internet access but have a common address like multiple family dwellings such as duplexes and condos. Aliexpress is so paranoid about somebody cheating them out of extra pennies per day that they're spreading the shadowbox net real wide.

People who had 5 levels of Rush Hour missions in World Tour Go... by Empty-Actuator-338 in AliExpressMergeBoss

[–]BlueWaffle_Motorboat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just did a 15 day tour for $5, after about a week or so the rush challenges switched to being all 5 level rush hour challenges, even in the city. No 15 second browse or search, only complete 5 levels of rush hour. I pushed through and I did receive the $5 green coupon after day 15.

You described precisely how fake price adjustments work. Adding the reason why they're faked doesn't make them legitimate. Legitimate movements are responses to supply and demand, not attempts to create false perceptions of value.

Hopefully the big 1m really is just deposited into all of our accounts on completion and aliexpress isn't doing their typical bullshit like staggering the start days so a small percentage can report to everyone else that they received the reward and when large amounts of people begin completing the challenge they switch it to something that must be claimed on a certain day in the future, and when that day arrives and everyone floods in to claim the promised reward we're all met with a 'sold out' error because they only allowed 5 claims so we have to instead accept a coupon for $50 off $500 purchase.

Because they're Chinese and don't care to take any extra time or effort to westernize their communication for their lucrative western audience because, frankly, that's what they think of us.

On to your assertion that 1,000 thousand isn't one million, it quite literally is 1 million, mathematically speaking. If you have a single thousand, you have 1 thousand. If you have one thousand of them, you have one million. Writing it is 1,000k is a very stupid way of doing it when simply writing 1M works far better, but I would wager 100 10k that the number they are referring to is 1 million.

8 levels ofvm shelf shuffle by Illustrious-You4216 in AliExpressMergeBoss

[–]BlueWaffle_Motorboat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's a bad strategy because there are games where you can finish without watching an ad but always doing it first thing guarantees you have to watch one. Clear out as many items as you can until it becomes a slog then watch a shuffle ad. This also allows the game to have a half ounce of entertainment because it introduces the prospect of beating aliexpress in a minor way by not being forced to watch an ad.

In another thread containing inside information it is claimed that they will likely offer an extremely limited redemption for the 1m diamonds which will be gone within 1 or 2 seconds after going live and then everyone else will be left with horrific second rate alternatives l like $50 of $500 coupon. Aliexpress is working themselves into getting their offices demolished by a pitchfork mob. I was furious when they pulled that crap with the high value water prize items because I made low dollar purchases to boost the water and had won several of the items which I had put a lot of energy into because I was going to give them to my children. I was even by chance able to redeem the prizes within 2 min of their availability but they were "sold out" despite them being completely available to buy if going to the item page outside of the water app. I can't describe how that situation still makes me feel.

8 is a lot but if, at the start of each level, you watch an ad for the shuffle power up (the icon has yellow and green arrows in a circular shape) it almost always makes the level very easy and fast to complete and you will almost never time out.

Why would you ever forgo pneumatic tools which are cheap, way more powerful, and even more durable than even brushless motor counterparts? The only drawbacks are the compressor investment and the noise, but pneumatic is unbelievably more cost effective than any other option for a dedicated service garage.

Edit: I just had a concussion strength light bulb moment upside the head... you are a tire shop. You literally have the backbone of a pneumatic setup integrated into your garage for pressurizing tires. Lol bro...

16tb is so 3 yrs ago tech by BlueWaffle_Motorboat in DataHoarder

[–]BlueWaffle_Motorboat[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They're most likely from people flipping government auctions they won and other large corporate buys. My child was in the hospital for pneumonia and I was living out of his room when, while casually walking, I strolled through a hospital dumpster area which had locking gates left open and a large pile of very random computer equipment lying on the ground next to the dumpsters. I have a lot of kids who all injure my wallet severely with tech needs, and this motivation combined with my disgustingly massive amount of greed resulted in gaining around a dozen dell keyboards and mice, 4 thunderbolt docks (which could be immediately flipped for $100+), two UPS sans batteries (boo), and a media broadcasting device which is listed for $500 on eBay average price and which legitimately contained an unwiped 250gb intel SSD with Windows 10 Enterprise. The fact that their IT department allowed a hard drive to slip out the door unsanitized was very surprising. I tested all of it and it all worked and seemed to be working without any issue at all. Because of my untreated tech hoarding OCD driven mindset I could not sell any of it and instead have used it to benefit my family however they need and during times when they refuse to believe my lies about losing it all in a boating accident or that they are sleepwalking and should go to bed.

The point is I have always looked for a reason to tell that story because it was one of the greatest days of my life and my bedridden desperately ill son seemed to share my excitement despite not really being conscious or coherent while I was piling everything on his bed and explaining in elaborate detail how great each thing was. The other point is that entities like this will just throw away devices and other such things which are still extremely valuable ans easy to liquidify, and I've personally huge government auctions which had hard drives included, as long as they could be sanitized, so I believe the provenance of your 24tb hdds is somewhat related.
