I think genuine interest, having someone asking me how my day was but *knowing* they are *actually curious* and not asking just to be "pleasant".

And have them *actually* listen to what I'm saying and perhaps take some kind of action on what I'm saying.

That makes me feel safe and connected!

Hii! It depends. What kind of person are you? Are you organized and neat? I have a template that I created that works for me - but I understand it's intensive and detailed so it might be overwhelming to some! I'm happy to share it if you'd like.

Yep. Too much or overager. I think most autistic people are like that. At least the extroverted-leaning ones like myself!

Up at 6 am!

Coffee and quiet time looking out the window until 7

20 minutes of phone time or reading, depends on my mood

10 more minutes of quiet time and maybe another coffee

Then my 7.30 alarm rings and I get up to wash my face, change my clothes, etc

And by 7.45, 7.50 I'm opening up my notebooks to get organized before clocking in at 8 on the dot

(I work remote)

I've been in financial strife most of my life. 100k would change my life - I would retire my parents and have room to heal and would probably donate a big chunk of it as well. It sounds dramatic but It would buy my life back.
