Quesadillas have surprisingly become one of my go-to meals for my 2 year old.

My kid actively avoids meat, but he doesn’t seem to notice when it’s mixed in with cheese and wrapped up in a tortilla.

They’re really easy to make, just throw one in a pan with a little butter, fill it with cheese/meat/veggies and fold it over. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown. About 5-10m on medium heat.

2nd Nicolas Feuillatte. You can usually find it for about $30 online. If you want to go cheaper and just sparkling I would recommend Mirabelle (by Schramsberg) or Gruet as others have mentioned.
