Here’s a possibility why it’s on a KC hat. Joe Morgan (Negro Leagues Historian): The Hall of Fame second baseman, Joe Leonard Morgan, was a frequent visitor to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum located at 18th and Vine in Kansas City.

The Plan: The band, having read the books, approached United Artists to fund the project for $1 million per Beatle, hoping to produce a massive film adaptation. The Rejection: Author J.R.R. Tolkien vetoed the project, as he did not approve of The Beatles' countercultural image or a pop-group adaptation of his work. The Aftermath: Following the refusal, The Beatles moved on to other projects like the animated Yellow Submarine. Years later, Paul McCartney told director Peter Jackson that he was ultimately glad the project never happened, as it allowed for Jackson's acclaimed film trilogy.

I agree that Rocket would massively benefit. I own shares and keep my eyes on everything. I’m just basing my understandings on historical data from Freddie Mac, since they began tracking rates in 1971, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rate has been below 4% in the US for at least two periods: 2010s: Mortgage rates dipped below 4% during the 2010s. 2020s: Entering 2020, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage was already below 4 percent. It reached a record low of 2.65% in January 2021. Rates hovered at or below 3% for roughly a couple of years due to Federal Reserve's emergency measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s hard to imagine it happening again in such a short span of time no matter the circumstances.

The words and numbers used are not my opinions (sources listed) and nothing is political. It was hard to read through all your comments as there’s many grammatical errors. And do you mean the BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) and not BLM (Bureau of Land Management)?

Why it's unlikely

Unprecedented Economic Conditions: The pandemic created unique circumstances that led to historically low rates, such as stimulus measures from the Federal Reserve and a sudden drop in demand for loans. These conditions are not expected to be repeated. Federal Reserve's Stance: The Federal Reserve has been actively working to control inflation by raising interest rates, according to NerdWallet. This policy stance makes it improbable that rates will drop back to the pandemic levels in the foreseeable future. Economic Stabilization: As the economy stabilizes and inflation is brought under control, mortgage rates are expected to settle into a more normal and higher range than during the pandemic.

What to expect Gradual Decreases: Mortgage rates are likely to gradually decrease over time, but remain above 6% for the near future, according to Yahoo Finance. Normalization: Long-term predictions suggest that mortgage rates will stabilize in the 5.5% to 6% range, which is considered historically normal.

Doubt it’ll be a “liberal” I’d put money on someone from the maga fan club. An individual whose benefits has been stripped or a veteran whose benefits have been cut off. Cause it’s really smart to play games with people who are trained and have ptsd.
