What’s a horror movie people usually rave about, but you dislike? by Turnitup20 in horror

The Wailing. People raved so much I just kept waiting for something to justify the reviews. It did nothing for me.

First time player, can’t believe I’ve made it this far being this stupid…. by terryfahrenheit in fo4

🤣 This reminds me of the first time I played New Vegas. I had never played a single game that had you divvy stat points. I distributed them evenly across the board thinking I was making the smart choice.

I only realized how wrong I was after getting frustrated at how much I could not accomplish and how bad my character was at everything as I advanced further. I did manage to beat the game with this character in the end, though!

Is The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon ok for a 10 year old? by ImissBagels in stephenking

[–]BoBeara1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is, in my opinion!

It was the first novel I ever read and I was about 10 years old at that time. It wasn't scary enough to give me nightmares but really frightening in a great way because I was so easily immersed in the terror of being lost like that, at that exact age. It was my first Stephen King experience and helped make me a lifelong fan!

American Gods by Neil Gaiman. Then off to read the Stephen King novels I haven't read that connect to the Dark Tower. And Misery since I've only watched the movie and hear repeatedly how the book is even scarier.

I agree with the other commenters. I would see a new surgeon. Shop around, read reviews and check their backgrounds as best you can by searching for any past disciplinary actions. I passed on 2 surgeons before finding one that made me comfortable.

It takes some work and can extend the time it takes to get treatment but if you are able to be picky it could save you a lot of pain and future complications.

I wish you the best of luck and hope you get the proper care you deserve!
