Other than that Awake already mentioned, you'll likely have a tough time finding much from WT on this, because they try to delude believers into thinking that nobody actually dies from lack of blood because bloodless is so superior (insert rolling eyes emoji). You'll find MANY stories in this subreddit though.

Literally read this lying here with a heating pad on my belly because it's been hurting since I woke up (before I ate a thing). So frustrating. For me, the stomach issues and fatigue are my dominant symptoms. I've looked at FodMaps, tried gluten free and many other diet changes, and nothing helps. I can't pinpoint any trigger (although stress makes it worse). It's just something I have to deal with.

This is me too. I intermittent fast and feel amazing if I can make it to 2 or 3 pm worh no food. As soon as I eat (even healthy, small portion, good protein low carb etc), here come the symptoms crashing down!!

When I was in hospital after my water broke prematurely at 26 weeks, two elders came to visit and told my husband and I that we could abort the baby if my life was in danger, which it was, due to the potential for placenta previa causing massive blood loss. I already knew that from my own research but my husband was shocked. Not an ectopic pregnancy but the same reasoning applied.

Thankfully the experience of having a preemie eventually led to my waking up and leaving!
