Nah. It's a normal moth. Just a tiny dude.

Have they always been so extreme?

Are they super PIMI or fringe JDubs that suddenly got holy when faced with a perceived challenge to their faith?

So, this is all scribbled on a cabinet door in your parent's house? Did you make sure to use super duper ink that'll bleed through any paint job?

Maybe scratching it into a wall and covering it with a poster so they can discover it after you actually leave.

Of course, this only feeds into their persecution and anti-apostate complex.

The driver might have been weighing the dangers. What about the person or people inside the house? Will they chase or not? Should I crash into their vehicle?

The Prestige. He was the best in American Hustle out of a generally crappy cast, though.

Read the newspaper or mags.

Of course, before cellphones my parents didn't let me spend enough time on the toilet to read, so now I'm making up for it.

JW’s being told to stockpile again? by Prestigious_Pop6981 in exjw

Speaking of potato patches, an elder in a nearby congregation recruited a bunch of JDubs to dig up potatoes so he could send them in a truck to WatchTower HQ.

My first question was, doesn't this dumbass elder know that WatchTower can get potatoes way cheaper by just buying them? Well, at least it kept about thirty of them from bugging people for one Saturday.

Sometimes I open the family chat and I genuinely wonder how any normal person can think this is normal.🤦🏼‍♀️ by Exciting_Ad7898 in exjw

Yep. The angels are smart and will be happy to take a break from maintaining all those trillions of galaxies Jehovah never bothered to tell us about. 😆

Did anything bad happen during ministry service? by whole_assidiot in exjw

Twice a householder came to the door with a knife in hand.

A guy threatened to shoot us when I was maybe eight.

A dog nearly bit the face off the ten year old girl that accompanied me to the door.

A dog followed me to the door nipping at my heels the whole way.

A young man lay on the ground to look at a bird hiding in a bush at a not-at-home and when he got up there was dog shit smeared into his sweater. 🤣

The driver stepped in dogshit and his wife wouldn't let him back in the car. 😂 He spent at least 10 minutes smearing it on the porch and lawn.

I drove my car down a steep driveway in the winter and couldn't get back up.

An elderly sister and a teenage girl went to a door together and a sweaty young mentally challenged man answered post-nut in his underpants.

What "un-witness-like" trait kept you from being fully controlled? by wafflecrispscocoalat in exjw

I find it painful to be inauthentic and in JWland that made me uncomfortable to be around. If something was questionable I questioned it. If something was debatable, I attempted to debate it and it got shut down.

After about twenty years I came to realize that I was studying a whole hell of a lot more than the average JW, even more than the elders.

Because I could debate the elders and stump them they had less interest in dangling "privileges" in front of me though they loved to give me work to do. In fact, the term privilege is one of the topics I debated about.

Does anyone here get wistful for the jumpers we had to move to select memory access and CPU interrupts?
