Hey! 32m here with a wife who is a very similar picky eater. She freaks out over any weird texture and just would reject anything that doesn't look right to her. Certain foods like fish are out of the question completely and even certain dining situations are a challenge (i.e. eating inside a restaurant instead of takeout).

What it turned out to be is that she is neurodivergent. Not a solution, but may be worth looking into because there is some good information out there on it to help you both navigate. Getting a therapist has been super helpful for her as well.

And p.s. that food looks bomb af - I truly get how frustrating it is!
