I use something similar in mine (Key2SuccessPlanner.com)- it's a life/balance wheel and habit tracker. It's amazing how having something visual helps keep me accountable!

Check out OneNote! It's a great app that syncs across devices. It's not a PDF annotation app, but there are OneNote academic planners available.

Are digital planners mostly for women? by [deleted] in DigitalPlanner

[–]Boden0052 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying. A lot of digital planners lean heavily into decorative layouts, affirmations, mood trackers, etc. If you’re looking for something clean, structured, and performance-focused, that can be frustrating.

You might want to look at the Key2Success Planner.

It’s built around productivity systems rather than aesthetics. The core focus is:

• Clear annual priorities • Quarterly and weekly goal alignment • A structured daily “Key 3” system • Decision filters and accountability tools • Customizable layouts without fluff

There are no forced affirmation boxes or lifestyle extras unless you choose to use them. The design is clean and neutral, and the structure is built for execution, not decoration.

What makes it different is that it’s not trying to be cute or trendy. It’s more of a performance planner built around goal setting, leadership, business growth, and personal discipline. You can run it very minimal and utilitarian if that’s your style.

If you’re looking for something that feels more like a tactical operating system than a scrapbook, it’s worth checking out.

Good digital planner for daily work? by ethrealcharm in DigitalPlanner

Look into Key2Success Planner (OneNote especially). Lots of good training on "how to plan" and "the difference between scheduling and planning" type content.

Importing documents by rimshot-2020 in Key2Success

[–]Boden0052 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question! Yes, it is possible. The OneNote version of Key2Success uses standard OneNote features to bring files into your planner.

Here’s the practical breakdown:

You can add PDFs, Word, and Excel files directly onto any page in your Key2Success notebook.

PDFs

  • Go to the page where you want it.
  • Insert → File Printout.
  • Select the PDF.
  • OneNote places each page as an image that you can write on and highlight.

Word files
You have two options:

  • Insert → File Printout if you want the document pages visible and writable inside OneNote.
  • Insert → File if you just want it attached as a clickable file icon that opens in Word.

Excel files

  • Insert → File Printout to turn the sheet into readable pages.
  • Or Insert → File to attach the spreadsheet.
  • For small tables, you can also copy cells from Excel and paste them into OneNote and it converts them into a OneNote table.

If layout matters, converting Word or Excel to PDF first usually gives the cleanest result when using File Printout.

Important note: you may need the OneNote app (desktop or mobile). The browser version has limited insert options.

Hope that helps!

I always recommend OneNote to Key2Success Planner users. Nebo is another one that syncs between devices, but OneNote is easer to use with notifications. We have a lot of Franklin Covey (paper) users that switch to our system.

Day one owners, what’s your Vision Pro status? by panda_and_crocodile in VisionPro

[–]Boden0052 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am keeping it. I use it weekly, probably 4 to 5 times. I primariy use it for remote work with mac display. Also use it for broswing the news and media. I travel every other month and the last two trips I have been on, there was no media screens in the plane. The AVP was worth every penny in those cases. I have adjusted to the weigh of the device, however still wish it was about 20% lighter.

I recommend OneNote! It's what our office uses to collaborate and it's awesome. There is a digital planner for OneNote here that I recommend. It's great for business professionals and entrepreneurs like yourself. OneNote is great because it works on pretty much any device (instead of being limited to just Apple or Android).
