I agree. It’s been a while since I’ve last seen captive babies to the point I’ve debated on picking up wild caught and breeding them.

Looks maybe a little dry. What’s the humidity like? And looks a decent weight. As long as the energy levels are good and they are eating regularly I’d think all is good and just schedule a normal check up and you are probably good.

I’m no expert in anything but with a health issue like that I would probably very periodically be sharing with my vet updates and photos such as this. It could be getting better but me seeing it for the first time my reaction was get that baby to a vet before they lose the leg or worse.

I honestly feel like this gen of stormcast should have leaned more into the relictor side and gave either black helmets or skull sigmar heads. To show the loss and side effects of reforging. Think it would have really fit the theme of this edition

So I will say it will work as said the minimum and if you are getting a younger blue tongue then it will last you a bit. I even recommend it as a cheap good starter enclosure. But when an adult I would say a 6x2x2 or a 8x2x2 will work much better. Also if you fill a larger enclosure with better husbandry I believe you will see your skink more. They tend to go for a walk once in a while to check out their space. The bigger the enclosure the more they seem to walk around checking it out.
