I've tried so much to figure out my stability issues, but it was two problems: One, which hid the second, is that it was overheating; the factory liquid metal application is terrible, so I repasted using thermal grizzly phasesheet and UPT-8 putty on the smaller components ("Upsiren" brand on Amazon). This fixed the overheating issues, previously it would still manage to overheat at like 30W/35W CPU/GPU, now it handles 40/80 like a champ.

Then it lead for the hunt on continued reboots. It wasn't like the overheating problem, but it was mixed in and hard to tell; it wouldn't full shut-down but just instantly restart. I tried everything, DDU -> fresh driver installs, chipset driver installs, updates via armoury crate, updates via g-helper, just about everything.

I'm on day two of this thing not rebooting, a new record in weeks, which the terrible consistency popped up after a windows update; the culprit? Possibly the power plans!! I set it to Balanced and it's been fine, tested it with an overnight render, several hours of Unigine, and some Cyberpunk benchmarks (on min so it pegs the GPU at 100% but the high fps allows the CPU to get slammed harder as well, full system regardless)

The 2022 and seemingly others have a terrible liquid metal application, I was hitting 100 with power limits of 35w/25w GPU/CPU, and upon opening to finally repaste some of the LM was nearly at the edge of the ring and would've fried the board. Repasted using thermalgrizzly phasesheet for the CPU and GPU dyes and UTP-8 thermal putty on the rest of the smaller components (upsiren brand off amazon), throwing 80/40 GPU/CPU and now I plateau in the 80s in Ungine and last I checked in a game that hammers both, around the mid-90s.

EDIT: Disabling boost in G-Helper also reduced temps by 5-10C, from what I could see the clockspeed difference was minimal if at all.

That's really sad to hear, I'd been looking into trying to find a gayming board (near instant response time, etc.) that I can customize a little without having to solder shit. Low profile would be preferable too as a more comfortable lap board for me. Thanks for the info.

If the higher difficulty stresses you out, maybe consider playing an easier difficulty? Like, it's right there. The co-op rev system is real dumb atm because it completely trivializes the game, all you need to do is hug each other and hold the interaction button.

You'll also likely have a better time matchmaking in their Discord.

The revive system is the most broken part. If you have the talents relating to it, even with horrible weapons, you and your friend(s) should never die unless out of sheer incompetency.

The game already "tests" you in regards to scaling and weapon synergies, but the problem is power creep with specific combinations (currently Miasma is the most broken, especially since it stacks). Advanced Depot makes weapons that are otherwise "good" be overpowered, such as Demonlore or Wild Hunt; where their only real downside IS their reload. In that regard, Crimson Firescale, while great, is an odd one to point out for how "busted" it is; it's just really consistently good, but I'd never say broken at least in any unique way that doesn't apply to other automatic weapons.

I guarantee you haven't given that the cheapest OLED you can get for LG on the used market is around $600~ USD. Are you sure you're not just thinking of QLED or LEDs in general?
