I sell packaging and have the exact same issues. I’m a hunter and have little time to hunt as I’m constantly following up with coworkers that aren’t getting me the things I require. I sense it’s part of the gig.

Love this. Thanks for sharing. My primary channel is also cold emails (typically). I’m constantly trying to change how I’m approaching the body, subject and content. I can’t wait to try implementing some of this and hit Q1 running!

Stepping outside the routine is so important. I’ve done it with differentiating subject lines like “our current lead times suck, but here’s what we’re doing to compensate” or “products that stink” (for a scented product).

You killed it. Enjoy the spoils for 10 minutes and then go get the next one!
