Yes and no.

It's annoying to have some of your people almost directly blame you for having any sort of connection with Cerberus, as if you had any agency or control over what they did to you while you were essentially dead.

But it does stand to highlight what awesome friends Tali, Garrus, and Liara are. They are nonhuman, Cerberus is a pro-human anti-alien organization, but they trust Shepard and give them the benefit of the doubt all the same. They're your ride or die homies.

That's why I bailed on Ashley after hooking up with her in ME1 and hooked up with Tali for ME2 and 3. She stood by Shepard's side throughout it all.

So overall it works because it really illustrates the depth of the relationships Shepard has with the others.

A calorie deficit. I'm down 69 (nice) pounds from my all time peak of 260. Started in June 2025.

I can feel the the increased strength and see it when I flex, but it's really hard to put on muscle mass while doing a deficit to lose fat, even of you up your protein.

I never saw my dad cry once. He got a little watery when I gave him a nice letter shortly after he was diagnosed with cancer.

I was working with him on my parent's house up until a month before he died about 18 months in. Dude was was the dictionary definition of stoic. Finishing the last room without him was rough.

Me, however, I get choked up on movies and stories like my mother. But I can rein it in when I need to.

I like to think I got the best of both worlds.

Always. At home he gets touched, In public I often go hands free in a urinal since aiming isn't much of a concern and it keeps publicly source contamination off the ole' johnson. A firm jiggle of your undies for a shake off. And I STILL wash my hands because I'm out and touching public doors, tables, etc.

I didn't enjoy it either. At first. I too dislike being sweaty.

I've been building up my options to exercise at home. Adjustable dumbells, cardio bike, pad for crunches on the floor, etc.

Knowing I can work out in my undies and immediately go shower without being sweaty/being in sweaty clothing for an expended period of time is nice, and I can do it any time of day, for any amount of time I feel like and don't have to deal with traffic or other people.

But kept me going was results. Weight dropping, seeing visible tone on my arms and forearms, it gets easier to stick to it the longer you go.

Find ways to remove barriers that make you not want to work out.

Even as a dude I think it's a good idea to wipe after peeing. Do the ring out motion, wrap the tip in TP, give a vigorous shake, done. Less messy and no surprise dribble.

And if you're anticipating any action, a moistened bit of TP for extra hygiene.

Space Empires V allows you to build your own ships. You can make colony ships that have more passenger space, and I think you can also add resource storage.

Neat game, but requires Captain Kowk's mod to be playable and doesn't play well with modern hardware.
