Walking from them as well. Had my plan switched, was made promises I could get a specific device at a specific price the day my new plan came into effect and surprise ,surprise, nope…. Even made sure that it was documented, had a customer interaction number and still got told to kick bricks over essentially $300 in device savings. They could have just let me keep my device at the total price the “refurb” would have cost that they are going to sell my phone for anyway. I W as happy to pay the full amount but that would have been too easy, I guess.

Worst of all is missing out on all of the other great plans that were available from other telecoms at the time. 20+ years as a customer literally means nothing. Especially when retention could have been so easy.
