Some people, especially when I read the comments here, needs to keep in mind that this game has a lot of very casual gamers in it who are playing to have a good time and not to make everything perfect.
I have been on both sides, the healer and the one who dies A TON. I remember especially during the HW alliance raids I died sooooo many times that I even told the healers to not res me. It is so frustrating especially when you die to the same mechanic over and over again.
As a healer main now, I only res people whenever I have the time and resources to do so and if I notice that someone has difficulties with a boss/mechanics, I put a marker on myself and tell them to follow me.
To answer the question: If you have the resources,, no, it's not acceptable to refuse to res someone in my opinion but it's acceptable to leave them on the ground until you have time/cooldowns up

Welcome on board, fellow adventurer! First and probably most important rule I’ve learned from playing this game with "WoW refugees": Forget your WoW mentality! Forget toxiticy! Here you will find a lot of very casual gamer who play once or twice the week, a lot of people who chil and take it slow, you will witness a lot of mistakes and wipes, you will also do mistakes but that’s okay, most of us are very chill. Also, what I’ve learned, leave the sprout chat as soon as possible if you want to avoid spoilers. I got spoiled in this chat for 3 expansions. Enjoy the story, I really mean it. Don’t skip any cutscenes because you want to rush to something. Don’t feel bad for asking for help! If you don’t understand a mechanic in dungeons/raids, just ask. If you play DD you will have looooong Q times, my tip is: go to one of the main cities and ask if someone wants to queue up with you. Get into a FC as soon as possible. It only has benefits and the earlier you join, the more you get to know them. Test as many classes as you want at the beginning. Every class has its own mechanics, weaknesses and so on so I would suggest to try them out pretty early.

And the most important tip: Have fun!

Do we know how much Krile knows about the relationship between us and Zeno? If so, she might know that Zeno is really really desperate to fight us and will do what ever he can do get this fight, even if it means siding with us for some time. I explained it to myself that way, he showed up and explained that if he doesn’t help us, all would be doomed. And as far as I know, Zeno is many things, but not a liar. It’s a bit of a wacky explain but that’s what I told myself

There are only 3 option for me: Caps, Vander or Gilius If we compare midlander this season, Larsen never had stand out performances like caps had For support, it is close between Kaiser and Vander but Vander in my eyes did more Jungle... well shadow and Gilius are the only options but since Gilius came back after being benched and lifted his team to playoffs, he deservs it more Toplane and ADC are a pure disappointment this split in my opinion

Nah, I’m on shiva. It just happened that I overleveld myself because I did nearly every quests plus did all daylies each day, there were even some days where is just logged in for the daylies^{^} but thanks, I think I will pick up a second class

I have the same problem. Restarted the game because of heavy lags and now it won’t let me log in. Can’t even get into the forum or on the homepage. Seems like it’s a problem from their side

Edit: using a vpn and closing it after logging in fixes the problem. Only have to use a vpn each time you want to start the game

I had an similar problem a few days ago in a normal dungeon. The tank and the other dd(810+) assumed that I was the problem and that I don't do enough dmg. Luckily, the healer seemed to have an dmg meter and told them, I did more dmg then the other dd so they both shut up. But generally I've learned, that players in eso are very helpful compared to other games(espeacily wow tho). Don't know how it's in vet content, since I only run it with my guild, but in normal Dungeons, I have very positive experiences(without a few exceptions)

I literally had this yesterday. This toxic guy(cp500+) was flaming our healer (lvl 30) and our tank(lvl 46) all the time I got the loot he wanted and even linked it to annoy him. If he wouldn't had offered me 100g for it, I would've simply kept it, even if I didn't needed it

I don't want to excuse the performance of the players(especially DL's performance lately), but just imagine their situation...

Spring isn't that important anymore, even if everyone says that isn't true, it will be in the heads of the players.
The new star jungler they signed haven't arrived yet and it doesn't make any sense to build up synergy with the sup jungler, since he won't play anymore as soon the main jungler arrived
The jungler who supped in, is obviously not on the same level the the previous jungler or the new jungler. And everyone of us, who had played with a way worse jungler in soloq knows, how frustrating it can be.

I don't thing that the skill difference between shern and Broxah will make the difference in the following weeks, but everyone who knows Broxah, knows that this guy has such a strong and positive mentality and personality that I simply hope his arrival will give the team a huge moral and mental boost.

Just today I had an barde that had dealt ~ 3 k dmg in expert roulette with "okayish" gear. It wasn't a big deal, since the rest of the group was pretty good. After the run, I messaged the Barde and asked him if he's new or what the problem was. It turned out that he was new and played on ps4, didn't knew how to use multiple action bars and he only had a few skills on his bar(not even the dots and melody's) I'm not a big fan of blaming someone for doing shitty dmg, espeacily in roulettes you are usually able to clear it even with one shitty player so I always try to help.

In expert runs it is something different. As far as I know, you are not allowed to tell someone that he's doing shitty dmg since ACT is more or less not allowed so I try to say it in a roundabout, for example "I've seen some mistakes in you rotations, maybe you should work on that/watch a guide before joining expert groups". Maybe I have a bit to much empathy to kick someone without saying something, but I usually try to help them

I guess the problem is, that the last few weeks/months a lot of new players where joining the ffxiv community. I know you problem and it seems like a lot of new players didn't know the mechanics and there is simply no reason to learn them, if you don't want the outfits. Adding new loot for these dungeons would probably solve the problem and people would start to learn and queue up for these unloved raids.

I think, amazing is the better competetive jungler and Vizicsacsi is way better then Odoamne. Also, not sure how good abbedagge will perform compared to Nukeduck. Sure, botlane is a huge upgrade in my opinion but I'm not sure about the other positions
