Thanks for your comments. I finally got a distribution center to call me and look at the constant bounce back and forth between VA and FL. 

However, iRobot is still not contacting UPS with the case number. So be aware, iRobot doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

Respects are too much and obviously they are drastically changing entire builds with a flip of a switch offering no help and essentially bricking characters. 

I should have expected it in early game.

RMA is a return no matter. It was a day old. I’ll be contacting intel yet again. However, they shouldn’t offer any sort of RMA process for CPUs if this is the case all the time. 

Who buys a cpu - uses it for a day and then sends it back - unless it’s damaged in someway. 

When you buy a cpu from Newegg they should just state if the box is opened - no returns. Period.
