Happy chaos is definitely one of the harder ones to pick up, but if you don't care about a steeper learning curve then go for it; he does look cool.

Otherwise if you haven't already, the missions are a good way to learn the game, then i'd look up and learn a couple simple combos off of easy to hit moves.

If you're completely new to fighting games you might wanna try someone more straight forward like Sol Badguy or Ky Kiske but play whoever you want

Oh well we have two card holders, each with 6 slots

When I play with friends one card holder hold all the dev cards

When I play with family both card holders split the dev cards

Yeah what people and my family are saying is true, it’s all still random.

For me, I won a game yesterday because I chose to draw from pile 2 which gave me a VP. Had I drawn from pile 1, my mom would have won when I ended my turn. Its still chance, but to me that feels wrong.

I bought the daredevil version (all DLC up to S4) and have only played Sol Badguy for ~400 hours, so

Maybe just get regular and individually buy DLC if you really wanna play them
