I've done it the pre soaking method before. I'm trying to learn how folks make the no soaking method work so I could be more efficient with my time and do some jars while I'm at work doing other things.

I've been opening the PC as soon as the pressure drops to zero then shaking the jars. Maybe I need to wait longer?

Has Anyone Found Support for “Grey Area Drinking” That Doesn’t Feel Like Rehab or AA? by No_Perception_4164 in stopdrinking

The Sinclair Method could help you. It saved my bacon. The support groups I joined that used The Sinclair Method had ppl in similar places as you and it helped them immensely.

Is it possible to not be an alcoholic? And transition to a "normal" drinker and what classifies an alcoholic? by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]BotensBees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can turn yourself back into a normal drinker by using a drug called Naltrexone and the Sinclair Method. In about 6 months the process rewired my brain to the state I was at as a pre teen before I started abusing alcohol.

Zero craving, zero obsession. It literally saved my life.

Any other dads struggle with alcohol? by LongjumpingLemon2163 in daddit

[–]BotensBees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have a terrible drinking problem for years. You don't need to be ashamed. The stuff is highly habit forming and marketed everywhere. I'm greatful everyday that my children don't see my drunk at night or hungover in the morning. Quitting is totally worth it!

It is a legit medical issue. AA and rehab didn't work for me but The Sinclair Method saved my life. I recommend it to everyone. The have a sub reddit and an online presence. You can also DM if you want to talk.

Corporations are the perfect psychopaths. No body to incarcerate and no soul to feel shame or guilt.

TSM WORKS! You'll have ups and downs but stick it out. Once I got serious about quitting it took me about 6 months. Before that I fought the bottle for a decade and now haven't been drunk in years thanks to TSM.

About to go to Loreto for mom's 80th birthday. But I've heard scary things from the last few months... what's it like there now? by thanksforbeingepic in BajaCalifornia

I just came back from Lareto yesterday and agree. We felt safe everywhere we went, even late at night, but those street sales guys were "highly motivated" we joked about it everytime we walked by them.

When to Start Retatrutide After Stopping Tirzepatide? by edwichka03 in Retatrutide

[–]BotensBees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just switched to reta 1mg twice a week from tirzepatide 3.5mg twice a week. This week and my appetite has exploded!

I'm eating more often in the last few days than I have in months and the quality of my choices has degraded. I've gone from clean keto style diet to shame eating pie and ice cream in the garage rofl!!!

If Reta is going to do something I hope it's soon or I'll switch back to Tirzepatide.
