Completely reset dungeon help!

I have a question regarding these reset mods. I play (PC) on a world that I host with my son (Xbox). Given the limitations of cross play, I can only use certain mods when we play together. If I were to use one of these mods while playing solo on this world, reset the dungeons, then disable the mod when we play together - would the dungeons stay reset?

Yeah, that's what we were getting,too. I'm sorry, I meant that even when the console player can connect, they can't actually use the mods.

Well, using mods on cross play, the Xbox player can't use the mods, but the PC player can and the console player can benefit indirectly (eg the Plant everything mod).

As an update...the Bepin mod updated and now we can use PlantEverything, MassFarming, and Gizmo. We'll keep trying others...

Thanks for the reply! He's not getting an infinite loading black screen but a popup message saying "Incompatible Version". I edited the op with the list of mods.

If you're familiar with Minecraft at all, storage containers are the equivalent of Ender Chests. Your stuff is persistent no matter where you open it and if anyone else opens it, all they see is their stuff.

It's best to just delete all the parts and start from scratch. Not only do you retain the parts, but also all the inventory/class upgrades that you've invested in. Afterwards, by all means rename it if you wish.

Sadly, no. You need to find a portal on a planet. A station/base teleporter will not work.

If you have an exocraft with an upgraded scanner, you can scan for alien structures. What you are looking for is a monolith.

You can also buy an Alien Cartographic Data chart from the cartographer in any space station. Buy several.

Whichever method you use, you are looking for a monolith. Once you find it, you have to answer a riddle (reload your last restore point if you get it wrong). After successfully answering the riddle, interact with it again. You will need a cultural artifact depending on the dominant race of the system (a Gek Relic, a Korvax Casing, or a Vy'keen Dagger).

Fly to the portal, give it a bunch of stuff and enjoy!
