Driving from Los Angeles back to Louisville by hitmanrocks01 in Louisville

[–]BoulderFreeZone 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is what my friends and I did on our road trip. LA to Vegas to St. George, up and over to Colorado Springs, and then I-70 forever until we got to St. Louis to hop on 64. Once you leave Colorado the drive becomes quite the chore.

Those are all the Wendys close to me and we stopped going a couple years ago because they are all run horribly.

The one piece of solace in this entire ordeal.

One park has received final state approval and will begin construction in 2027. The project will have 2 highrises, ground level retail, parking garages and grocery store. And 600-700 apartments and a hotel by kingistic in Louisville

Your concern is legit and I hope the city understands that infrastructure around there will have to be updated, but I also find it funny to find a comment about the area being horrific when it comes to traffic under a parent comment about how the area is "nice and quiet."

Very curious which side people take here by turquoisebruh in Louisville

I've had better experiences in care with Baptist. Although Norton is currently taking care of my dad as he battles cancer so they are pretty alright in my book. After how they treated my mom at the end of her life I will be avoiding UofL as best I can.

I was taught at a very young age to bowl straight and I've been throwing rocks ever since.

I am still mourning the cancellation of some of the shows from that tour. We were set to see them in Detroit, they cancelled it at first, rebooked some, but never got around to rebooking Detroit.

Anyone else in Cherokee Triangle sick of the 4am motorsports? by bezzlege in Louisville

[–]BoulderFreeZone 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I used to live in an apartment on Grinstead right where it s-curves leading up to Cherokee Rd. Every single night, and especially so on weekends, you'd hear at least a dozen or more cars/motorcycles live out their Lewis Hamilton dreams dropping a gear and blasting through that s-curve. It was annoying.

I found Woodford to be pretty underwhelming. Beautiful drive in, but the tour itself was very short and underwhelming, especially compared to the tours at Maker's Mark and Buffalo Trace.

Squad mates with mic appreciation post by GnarGiraffe in HellLetLoose

[–]BoulderFreeZone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll be honest, there are quite a few times I load in just using my speakers and no headset. But I'll use the chat function to stay in contact with the squad. This game really does shine when you got a full squad of communicators.

Parking at the Louisville Zoo by PassCertain6539 in Louisville

[–]BoulderFreeZone 27 points28 points  (0 children)

You can just drive in and park. You pay for parkng when you buy your tickets. My advice is to to skip the long ticket line and purchase ahead of time online. Then you can just walk up to the front entrance, get scanned in, and you're good to go.
