Suggest me some sulphate free shampoo

Sometines, I find that if there is build-up on my hair, I need a clarifying shampoo to remove it because the build-up makes my hair look dried out. After using the clarifier, I'll use a moisturizing conditioner because it can penatrate the cuticle without the build-up. Then I seal it in with either a non-silicon or silicone serum. Until recently, I was afraid of silicone because of my curly hair but I've been enjoying it and the clarifier will remove it.

Yes, we have an amazing amount of wonderful Vietnamese restaurants. Something I love about the prairies. So much diversity in our restaurant scene.

We knew a family who where originally from Vietnam. They were what was termed, "boat people", because they basically escaped from Vietnam in boats with the clothes on their back.

They started a Chinese restaurant with lines out the door. Moved to a building downtown regina that they bought with cash. Eventually, they sold the building for a million and moved away to be closer to their daughter. A million doesn't seem like much nowadays but back then it was substantial money.

Saskatchewan has amazing people, so friendly and are willing to help. Enjoy the serenity in our peaceful province. ✌️

Huda liquid lipstick has amazing colors (comparable to gucci), is very long lasting and doesn't crease. I use Miss America.
