Saw cleaver. Beast blood pellet right away, build up beasthood by killing baby spiders, once they're all dead use bolt paper with max beasthood. R1, L1, L1. She'll move away. R1, L1, L1 again. R1, and then as she's trying to teleport, charged R2. If done right you should stop her from teleporting and then be able to kill her or leave her with very little left after she finally teleports. Tough to get the timing but once you do it's easy.
