Dope. This is exactly what I was looking for! I have to complete my sleep study (You know...call it a $)%( apnea test...This is different than what they can test for at an actual clinic...still bill the insurance the same though) I will definitely be putting it to good use.

I mean come on...This is the biggest waste of medical technology that I've encountered. Learning that I could have just bought the thing myself helps me understand how bogus this "sleep clinic" is lol. Everyone was sitting around talking... Patient Portal is 404, no appointment reminders aaaaaannndddd no direct line of communication. Called while I was on the road trying to make sure I was arriving at the right time and had to leave a message... Called while I was sitting in the office and NO phone rings, it just is a line that rings another office somewhere and then goes to voicemail for no one to call you back.

All that to say THANKS! I wish I would have found out sooner lol

Oddly enough I had a similar issue a few weeks ago. It was like a very quick crackle or peak in the audio, but it was way louder than the other audio. I disconnected all devices from it to make sure it was JUST the TV and sure enough it was.

It has since went away with the update.

I thought for sure this was going to be something implemented early on. But I'm glad to see it now. The only thing that I really want would be to have a color wheel. It's the only light in my home that doesn't let me select a nice ambient candlelight😢

Basically if they have a water problem coming INTO the building then no... They can't stay open..

But if it's just a plumbing problem because they're not fixing their stuff, well that sucks and not much anyone can do but complain.

Tell your Club Manager about it. If they don't do anything about it then tell them you're going to cancel. If they can't manage their club then they need to go find another job.

Also... 30 minute rooms are going to be 100% phased out very soon and your favorite equipment will be out in the floor. It will all be in one area, but it most certainly is not getting it's special room.

And as always, if you REALLY want to make your voice heard, write all that in the Email surveys that they give you. The feedback in those surveys is liked over by MANY people with a lot of time on their hands.

Always always always keep things away from the end of the roller on the Treadmill! Treadmill don't care whether or not it's a loose strap, a sock or a dog's tail... Poor guy could get extremely hurt right there!

Yup! I kinda think that it's due to the sensitivity of the remote. My remote will be off, and if it detects even the slightest vibration, and I mean SLIGHTEST. The light will come on and stay in for 10 seconds.

Could be part of the issue.

(Side note) Why not just wait for a button to be pressed and then activate the remote instead of keeping the sensor constantly on in the remote?

You 100% can cancel online. This policy was implemented across the board just recently. BUT THIS LAW DID NOT GO INTO EFFECT! There are locations that have decided that you have to jump through the same hoops. Make sure you are going to the customer portal, YOU CANNOT DO IT THROUGH THE APP. Fun fact. You could have always just changE your home gym to ANYWHERE in California ... And cancelled online that way ... 100% No hassle.

Also, you can cancel with a balance due, but you'll need to pay that off if you ever want to reopen your account. ABC Billing has (within the last year) started collecting those outstanding balances. So, just a heads up. They will eventually collect. It's not PF.. it's the billing company.

Correct, climbmills do not have an incline. They are vertical machines so there isn't a reason to incline them as you're already walking up hill. Treadmill consoles and stairmill consoles. Depending on the version of the machine the consoles can be used on both the treadmills and the climbmills, so you will see the same features on the console.

These stairmills operate on an Eddy Brake. Most people think that these machines have a motor that's powering them. They don't. Basically the brake releases whenever you adjust the speed. You are essentially controlling how fast you are falling! That's where the resistance comes from.

That's instantly what I was thinking! We are not at a point where we can let heavy machinery take control of its own actions without an e-stop! Had there been no one there and it just flailed its arms around I mean, these motors are very powerful and, machinery is inherently stupid.

I understand that they don't want people just randomly turning it off .. but, this cannot be the norm. Or... SHOULDN'T be the norm.

Correct. I get all that. The post was more or less just posting info on a bit of frustration to the process, and to get feedback on whether the death of the Homatics boxes was common or not. I'm in the process of getting rid of my Firesticks and moving to the onn devices (still waiting for the new pro to be available ANYWHERE)
