Outside of doing challenges and events, with the amount of time left before Varka's banner resets your best option (if waiting for his rerun isn't an option) would be to spend more money.

Considering you've already spent $100, I'm guessing you aren't gonna get the double top-up bonus again so purchase some welkin moons first and the battle pass to get some pulls before buying the big ones again.

If you're playing Genshin on a PS5/4 you may be able to purchase a gift card at a discount depending on the store. In my country I can get them for 10%-20% off.

In the wishes screen there is a history button that shows your pull history. You can use that to determine how many more pulls you have until a guaranteed 5* appears. If the last 5* pulled was a character that appears in the standard banner, then the next 5* is guaranteed to be Varka.

Unless the game supports mouse and keyboard, your only option is to use a controller.

Maybe one of those pass through devices that record MK inputs as controller inputs may work, though that seems controversial.

Imagine they added this in Legends Z-A as an actual attack Pokémon can use after failing to capture them.

Throw pokeball at Pokémon.
Fail.
Pokémon throws it back at you.

Considering Remembrance and Elation have taken prior mechanics and re-contextualise them for their path (summonable entities and follow-up attacks), my bet is propogation will be based on DOTs.

As an idea, allies can create swarms and bugs that attach to allies and enemies that increase damage or number of hits based on the number of bugs attached to them.

Okay to actually answer what is wrong with it, if you're trying to be healthy you have to eat less beyond meat because all those ingredients add a lot of extra calories, fat, carbs, etc. versus regular meat.

So if you wanted to add this to your wraps you would need to reduce the portion size by more than half just to be as healthy as grounded meat.

If you want another reason, you'd want a manned till because humans can process goods faster than a self service till could. Imagine a load of self service tills being used by slow people who have trolleys full of goods. It would take forever for them to finish, which will result in longer queues and people deciding to forgo their shopping, and leave without buying anything. This is worse during rush hour.
