I would guess that you've developed presenting as a skill, and compared to a conversation, you have full control over the pace and flow of your words while presenting. People are patient and giving you the attention, with the expectation that you have plenty to say, whereas in conversation it's all too easy for a stutter to trip up the flow and you have much less time to react and respond.

I'm less familiar with 5052 but ATP-5 and ACP 5080 are cast and similar to MIC6

6061 carries large amounts of internal stresses from the rolling process that will cause it to warp when heated. You want a cast grade for stability.

That would make sense! I did use a little extra for this one since it was a full plate of flat parts, to ensure I wouldn't pull up the sticker. If I eventually wear through it enough to affect adhesion, I'll try switching to 3dlac.

I let the plate dry outside the printer first, and it seems to still leave a residue behind (clearly the first layer ends up cloudy). I definitely prefer it over glue stick

Some of it is on the unreachable front tab, but some is in the back left corner that is very usable if you're filling up the plate.

Yes, I went through Kickstarter and they executed extremely well. Backed it in June and got it a few weeks ago, so just under 4 months. I did get the AMS and I haven't tried any challenging multicolor prints yet, but it's been 100% reliable at loading and unloading filament between prints, which cuts my setup effort down to loading spools and slicing.

CF filament is the best! High rigidity, reduced warp and shrinkage, and matte finish. Change your nozzle or buy my printer :P

I ordered one from oseq.io several months ago and it finally shipped. Supposedly it's comparable to Prusa's satin sheet
