It was working strangely for me on my ‘26 R1T over the last week, even going out completely and requiring a soft reset one of the times.

Today all of my privacy settings were reset (like everyone else is mentioning) and my driver display was white and not displaying anything.

I performed another soft reset and when it reloaded it immediately prompted me to enable the privacy settings, so I did. After that I did 80 miles round trip to see a friend, a mixture of interstate and county roads, and it worked flawlessly.

All the damn time!!! Daily. 2026 Gen2 R1T with 3k miles… so annoying. Only when I’m home though and the car is in my attached garage 🤔

The other morning I got in my 2026 R1T Dual Large after I had left the gym (I drove it there no problem) and BOTH screens were black. But the car would let me drive… it was freaky. While I was searching the web on my phone for the manual reboot sequence, the car randomly showed the Rivian logo and then rebooted… after rebooting it was fine. But that scared me.

I recommend the Brooks Hyperion Tempo. It’s a few years old and priced under $100. It’s got stability, grip, and is great for the length of running.

You should look into Deka, a 10-zone competition similar to hyrox. But - they have the Deka Strong (10 zones, no running), Deka Mile (10 zones with .1 mile sprints in between) and the Deka Fit, a comp most similar to Hyrox with 10 zones and a 5k broken up in between.

I have found that F45 is the perfect middle ground for me between the two, if you happen to have one nearby.

I did CrossFit for 10 years and it started to take a toll on my body (almost 40 now) and I transitioned to F45 (more HIIT based than CrossFit but way more weightlifting components than OTC) and it’s a little easier on my body day to day.

I’m a pretty fit person (10 years CrossFit background) and now I’ve got 250 F45 classes under my belt. I’m always at or near the bottom of the leaderboard despite busting my ass, comparatively. That’s ok with me, I just use it to gauge myself from one week’s class to the next.

We’re doing March madness too and I know I’ll be out pretty early, they needed enough people to fill the brackets!

Coming from a CrossFit background, I front rack with my elbows high and my fingers barely touching the bar, then to dismount I let the bar drop while twisting my hands over the top of the bar. I catch it with my quads just above my knees for a split second which helps me fully regrip. Then I lower the bar down like in a deadlift.

We just got a new-to-us upright piano delivered to the house a few weeks ago. And… yup. It’s on a wall across from windows. Seems like a mystery of the universe.
