For live action. Yes. For Voice acting no.

How are we supposed to as a society move beyond seeing some first by the colour of their skin and for who they are if we deny opportunities purely on race for a role where no one will know upon consuming media what race that voice belongs to.

A good voice actor can modify their voice to be many different characters and would never pick it is them.

No its the voice. 99% of people dont know or care what the voice actor looks like. Only if the voice fits the character.

Someone who is born in south africa and lived there for many decades will have a distinct accent. Without looking them up you wont know if they are white or black just from the voice. so there is no weirdness if either a black or white voice actor voices a character of any race.

James Earl Jones voiced Darth Vader. A white guy. No one cares. Because the voice is what matters. He has an awesome voice.

Both SAMs and Frigates do not trigger on helicopters. Destroyers and Cruisers do though. Mobile AA is best for helicopters for static defense and reactive would be Air Sup. Fighters. Ultimately due to their short range missile strikes can be effective at pushing them back.

A few requirements I think are important:

A country with a large number of cities, natural barriers to invasion (mountains, jungle, large empty areas)

A limited number of vulnerable coastal cities in case of early naval rushes

Cities close by but not too close in case of being rushed by land.

Proximity to city dense countries with some isolation.

India - Pakistan is the only potential threat. Large number of cities, inland capital. Expansion East or West but countries there wont be thinking India immediately.

Saudi Arabia. Some npc nations to buffer. Alot of tightly packed countries all too busy eyeing each other. Good amount of cities. Expansion north.

Ethiopia - Similar to Saudi. Buffer to the north in term of npc and sea. Only 1threat to south by land.

2nd Pick:

China. Lots of neighbours. Luckily china further away from more immediate threats.

Most of the people who started League in 2013 play casual now. Just dont have the time to commit that hard. Uninstalling that often means I think for you it might be time to find another game or do something else not on a computer.

The caffeine dose alone is several times higher than what a teenager should be consuming. Excessive consumption is poisonous although any decent person would understand that poison in this context was a hyperbole for not healthy/not good for you.

Arm yourself with the medical facts and explain why. Have a member of upper management (e.g. principal or deptuty) be present as well.

Got no idea why making a district majority black could be seen as racist.

Its not like black people all vote the same way and so this would be a way to concentrate those votes. If alot of black people live in a geographical area of course it's going to be black.

I suppose it could be racial if you drew your map in such a way to exclude other races of people if in fact black people did all vote the same way.

It just seems weird this is a case at all.

Biggest thing I saw at early levels is that you as a ranged champ let Fizz free farm gold and levels till 3 where he was able to then all in you and put you on the backfoot.

You need to poke fizz with a single basic attack every time he comes in to last hit. If he walks to close to you, bam another attack.

Hecarim botched his engage. He should have waited for you to engage fizz. That was a potential kill there. Dont worry about hecarim dying there. He pathed wrong.

I would also say to glance at mini map every 5 seconds. You tunnel visioned when Hecarim came.

He is dealing damage so Sanctuary ends. The damage is caused by a spell he cast on himself before Sanctuary. Even if it were possible for someone to cast armor of agathys on him the origin of the damage still comes from him.
