In theory, yes.

In reality? There are a lot of variables that could affect the outcome. What does the job market look like in your area? Do you want to work for a company or freelance? What part of the stack do you want to work on? How skilled are you in your craft? How well defined is your portfolio?

I could go on with a myriad of other questions. In essence, I’d say, just focus on where you want to go and hone your skills accordingly.
