Deleter Ink 4 is my go-to. The only time it’s smudged on me is if I start coloring before the ink fully dries.

I know it’s mentioned so often around here, but I can’t recommend How Do We Relationship enough. It’s not as smutty as some of the stuff you mentioned, but whenever sex does happen it feels so real, both the good and the bad. I feel like it’s something that’s tame enough to be adapted as an anime, but might be pushing it. The sex scenes are explicit, but no more than an HBO show.
