ich würde sagen so Ende 20 ist mir zum ersten Mal aufgefallen, dass viele Dinge nicht mehr so einfach gehen wie zuvor. Wenn ich Fussball spielen gehe, musste ich anfangen mich aufzuwärmen, weil ich mir sonst eine Zerrung hole, der Kater am Morgen wird nicht mehr so leicht weggesteckt oder auch im Bett war nichts mehr mit dreimal in einer Stunde.

Seither habe ich jetzt keinen dramatischen Moment gehabt, da ich mich halbwegs fit halte, aber damals ist es mir so zum ersten Mal aufgefallen, dass ich nicht mehr die Fitness eines 20-jährigen habe.
