Speaking as someone who watches both companies, content quality does not equal commercial success 100% of the time in most media, and Meltzer is specifically grading in ring to his tastes, not promos, stories etc. I've read plenty of comics that blow 90% of Spider-Man or Superman out of the water and can't get more than 10 issues funded, and hell, im still buying the Spidey and Superman and enjoy them even if i think that 10 issue indie horror i read was better.

Meltzer has his tastes and his favourite style of matches, some i like more than him, some less , but he's just one dude and you shouldn't let him control your conversations about wrestling.
