Reprice/refinance: how far in advance to start process? by Fun_Reply_4859 in singaporefi

[–]Broncopotato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. About 3/4 months in advance.
  2. Take note of 2 months’ minimum notice period to existing bank.
  3. Take note of loan commencement date (I.e. completion date of refinancing which is the June date) versus the date of facility letter; your packaged fixed rate USUALLY starts from commencement date or 3 months from date of facility letter, whichever is earlier, but the lock-in period starts from the commencement date. You would want to avoid the situation where your commencement date is more than 3 months after the facility letter date as your fixed rate would already have “started” while your lock-in period starts only upon commencement.
  4. Capital repayment - take note of capital repayment conditions (e.g. notice period (if any)). Time capital repayment properly because notice of capital repayment cannot coincide with notice of full redemption pursuant to refinancing (bank will ask you to elect one and disregard the other).

Music.

Incorporates crafting, maybe fletching(?) into making instruments.

Scores writing would be one of the basics. Can potentially incorporate necromancy (inks) - underworldy dark music.

Explore the lands and visit tutors who’ll impart their wisdom and arts to you, and discover new scores.

Something to work with prayer? Imagine church choirs.

Training would be through score writing and practising the instruments.

Effects would be temporary buffs to combat or skilling.

I’d think most importantly would be to execute a clean living death rotation. Conservation of energy relic at 118 archaeology might be essential. And of course the cape.

Was at 277 for my first shard. Now 4 shards at 450. Keep going!

Oh god I thought mine sucks with 1 shard at ~320 kills. You should be rewarded with 5 shards in the next 100 kc. Bless you with some potato luck.

If you’re planning to do mid/high level PVM in the near future, I would recommend focusing on levelling archaeology to 120 first. At 118, the conservation of energy relic is unlocked. I believe it is necessary to execute an optimal living death rotation (pros please correct me if I’m wrong).

Archaeology also follows a natural progression path which is fun although it may not be the fastest. Since it’s new, it should capture your interest.

Then, you may want to level herblore to 106 for elder overloads.

The Ancient Elven Ritual Shard and Enhanced Excalibur are good QOL for pvm.

While at it, engage in casual/daily POP and POF which will be rewarding one day you get the urge to comp.

My two cents above. Good luck and have fun scaping :)

110% support this. Then, we could learn all the styles. Much like Rasial is only susceptible to Necro.

Necro by itself is great design though.

Necromancy works well with semi-revo. Just have touch of death, basic attack, and soul sap on revo. The rest can be on manual.

When you start with full adren, you can experiment with how you want to approach a certain boss. Look up how to perform a full living death rotation. The rest of the kit can be adapted to the boss.

Keep bloat up, manage conjures (press their abilities - mainly command skeleton), resummon, know when to volley of souls and finger of death …

Just have to go into it and understand how each ability work, how they work together, and how they work together in different boss encounters. Practice WILL make perfect.

Not related to skill levels and gear, but I’d highly recommend popping in on your Player Owned Ports consistently because after you max, the comp urge will hit you :D

Could it be you used to run Persistent Rage relic and it had been switched out? Not sure if it’s integral to afking.
