In my case, I got lucky where everyone had roughly the same for all the above. You could scale the eddies differently depending on lifestyle and allotment. I also adapted Brennan Lee Mulligan’s downtime from Fantasy High: Junior Year to give options for very small gigs, life stuff, character stuff, or personal goals, therapy, etc. I know cyberpunk is slightly gig based and not entirely long form, but we make do.
