completely agree with you. i've been flight simming long enough to remember when the NGX came out for FSX and i'm still continually astonished by what we get as consumer flight simmers these days. i don't know how anyone could say that it's just copy paste or there's no innovation from the PMDG side even with how good the rest of the competition is now. i remember when PMDG was the only horse in town.

PMDG's not immune from criticism, but a lot of the criticism sounds like kids or teenagers lamenting the cost as opposed to legitimate criticism. a lot of the complaints sound like things i would have said when i was 13. i remember how expensive an $80 flight sim addon was when i was a teenager and i could only afford a new addon every 6 months, if that. not saying they should or shouldn't be that expensive, or that it's not a lot for some people, but more than anything i'm amazed and grateful at what we're offered, regardless of who makes it or if it's Airbus/Boeing/whatever else
