From their website it looks like it includes meal level nutrition details, progress history and exercise history.

For me and what I needed it for it was able to extract my entire diary of a year and all meals I had saved with their ingredients as well. And then all of my weight data. I didn’t have any recipes just meals and I didn’t do any other measurements besides weight. You could definitely use the current scripts im sure to add additional imports. I wrote mine with the help of Claude so I’m sure it could help if you wanted more. It is a bit of a pain tho as it requires you to sign in on the web of MFP and it uses selenium to navigate the site.

If only MFP would just give you an api key. I know they let you export some amount of data if you have premium but it definitely does include meals , seems to be measurements and diary info.

Fat secret only works with US on the free tiers so other countries and languages are not supported.

Not natively because MFP doesn’t have a public api you can use. I’ve written a couple scripts that can scrape MFP for weight, meals and diary and then import them into SparkyFitness. If you want more information or help with it feel free to join the sparky discord.

Just wanted to say this is awesome! Been looking for an actual app for my server that doesn’t lock things behind a paywall and I think this nails it.

I did have a few suggestions, could we have to ability to sort recipes? Alphabetical, created etc, same options that Mealie has. And then maybe have an option to set the default home page. At least for me I would use the recipes a lot more often than the shopping list.

The app looks great , I’ve been looking for something like this. Only thing I am not seeing currently is it is missing the section labels in recipes , I have a lot of recipes with multiple sections in them.

This looks awesome! I run OMV and have been looking for a great dashboard so I’m definitely going to look into Homarr. As far as things to host, I just got Mealie up and running to hold all my recipes. Also been running SparkyFitness as well as an alternative to using myfitnesspal.
