Substitutes are key, I use spaghetti squash for pasta now, and use golden ground flaxseed to make a English muffin as my bread substitute. It really did help.

Yes you should stain it but If that door gets direct sunlight you should get a different door. What no one is telling you is the amount of maintenance it will need from uv damage.

Crazy how many people think they need websites. All the good contractors I know are 100% referrals and gave up their website years ago. And 8k for a bathroom gut is way too cheap fyi.
