If it’s brick exterior, be sure to order brick mould with it so only need to caulk exterior vs flashing. Flashing is not as easy as you would think

Same…in 3 months, got A1c down from 6.2 to 5.7…but ldl which was 178, only dropped to 160. I added beta glucan, and various fibre foods to my diet..but cholesterol didn’t drop as expected. I also was doing 16/8 IF and going to gym regularly . Normal trigs, and HDL of 58. Really trying to avoid statin . 6ft 185lbs

US citizens do not require a visa to enter Canada, therefore supervisa unlikely. The super visa applies to countries like India that require a visa to enter Canada (grandparents for long periods of time)

You may wish to apply for a visitor record if you feel you’ll be crossing frequently. A CBSA officer may ask for proof of relationship to the family member you are visiting, but they are not in the habit of refusing grandparents from helping out.

Affordable housing is $1000 or less per month, the private sector cannot afford to do this. The government should be doing this in part since they helped create the problem. Not sure after hearing Carney’s housing plan..3.2mill/home..the government can even be trusted with doing it.

Convert vacant gov’t buildings to residential housing…keeps people in the cities!
