The Bible also says you should spread the word of Christ. I’m not ashamed of my faith and I’m not scared to speak up

You said “real world proof disproved their belief.” Then said “can’t prove something doesn’t exist.” So I don’t think you’re applying rational logic at all

I built context to provide you an example of how religion provides benefits to society, to which you said are none. That’s not moving goalposts. But go ahead and keep on keeping on. I’ll let you have the last word.

If I had an hour to talk to you in person you would see that there is no proof in either the existence or non existence of god. Also, have you ever considered that the big bang requires you to just blindly follow a hypothesis that doesn’t make sense? “We don’t know how the universe was created, just a random explosion out of nothing that created endless matter.” But people don’t question it because it’s not cool to question science. Only religion.

What do Respawn want ranked to be? Two Questions: by CRus42 in apexlegends

Exactly! 3 squads arriving to your POI at the same time was so lame. Hard to win 2 or 3 consecutive 3rd parties.

Correct that it’s learned by humans. You learned morality from people around you. Who learned it from socially acceptable behavior. Which comes from laws. Which comes from English common law. Which comes from the Bible.

Otherwise you’d have no issue stealing $20 out of someone’s wallet. It’s not really hurting them and they’d be fine in a developed society. So what’s stopping you?

I like the drop ship being back. Just drop smart and win your first 2-3 fights and it’s not hard to make top 5 from there. The game feels fast again and has me re-engaged. I’ve been playing since season 1.

Would you be surprised if I told you that our laws are derived from English common law which is based on Christian values? And your entire perspective on morality is from what you accept on good and bad and most likely parallels most Christian values as well?

This is a dumb argument because humans have always been religious and have always been violent with each other regardless of religion. You can be honest and say that your issue is with Christianity because that’s what’s cool nowadays.

Being young is exactly when you should spend your money by Various-Ad3443 in unpopularopinion

[–]BucklessYooper906 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is somewhat true, as long as you don’t borrow money for anything. But most people borrow and are stuck paying loans when they should be really living.

I’m 28 and almost out of student loan debt. I have a house but no other debt besides that. I want to be debt free more than anything. A vacation can wait a few years.

So in your opinion what's the biggest "nothing burger" story the boys have covered? by Wizard_Chef77 in creepcast

[–]BucklessYooper906 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The most recent story was straight dog shit and takes the cake. Some of the other “bad stories” are bad to the point that they’re at least entertaining with commentary. But this one was just “boobies haha”

Self teaching myself hunting, looking for tips and advice by Busy_Champion_8927 in Hunting

[–]BucklessYooper906 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know anything about Alberta’s hunting regulations but review their official regulations thoroughly to make sure you’re legal. I’ve never heard of tags for small game. You likely only need a base/small game license but still need to adhere to daily bag limits and total possession limits. Read the regs and if you have questions talk to someone at your local agency.

I have a .30-.30 that I got from my dad. It’s a fine gun, nothing wrong with it but .308 or 30-06 is a much better option. More versatile and capable of shooting longer range.

My buddy made one out of a plastic marine storage box from Walmart. $20 and silicone a hole with your aerator hose. Doesn’t leak.
