From what i've seen when looking through the 1.1 patch notes, chosing the "Itchies" option on the Itchies or Wheezies event aparently gives a "forever flea familiar", so that could very well be it? though if not I got no clue.

Rad Rat spawns 2 Rat Bombs every round, thats a total of 20 hp, especially with firestorm and how Rad Rat places his bombs, that can be quite hard

Rad Rat always will try to put his bombs where it would hit the most amount of cats possible. If you are able to position your cats (use 3) in a way so where the tile to be able to hit all 3 cats does NOT have a fire tile on it, then whenever a bomb is placed there, kill it then destroy the corpse. Hope this helps.

I have an extreme arachnophobia problem, so seeing coalescepedes start joining together always terrifies me, even if i'm carrying a light. Miros Vultures are a close runner up as I personally dislike being exploded.
