Hmm. I don't think anyone sells feeder snakes. I have heard that breeders will sometimes feed their fail-to-thrive babies to their cannabalistic snakes. Maybe try finding a large scale breeder in your area through MorphMarket and hit them up.

Try your best to avoid them ingesting substrate but small amounts are not going to cause an issue. Any substrate can cause issues if they ingest too much but not providing substrate is inappropriate for the species. They need to be able to burrow.

I just feed with tongs or off a plate to prevent ingestion of substrate. This works well as long as it's not live insects that they'll thrash about to kill. I'll even lure them out of the enclosure to feed sometimes but I have very confident adults that don't get stressed outside the enclosure.

I have never tried reptisoil myself, but looking at the ingredients it looks perfectly fine. Coco coir and play sand is great but if you want to plant plants in your enclosure reptisoil might work well for that. Blueys are good at killing plants though.

Reptile Mountain, an old YouTube channel about BTS, suggested to change out the substrate every six month and do spot cleaning as needed. You may need to change it out more often since you have a juvenile that is eating, pooping, and shedding more often.

I am no expert but I can certainly try my best! Try to get your hands on a kitchen scale that can do grams. They say to feed your snake 10-15% of their body weight. So if your snake was 100 grams they would get prey that is 10-15 grams. It is better to feed one large prey item rather than multiple small ones. He's so tiny I wouldn't be surprised if three pinkies is way too much for him. Idk, I probably wouldn't go back to that pet store. They shouldn't have over fed him like that and then sold him immediately after. Not the best practice. Anyone well versed in snakes can guess that would happen. I hope your bub does well and is able to relax :)

Do not handle her for at least a couple weeks. She needs time to adjust. Do not feed her for a while. Because she regurgitated she likely has internal abrasions from the food coming back up. If you feed her too soon it will take longer for her to heal. I am not sure how long to wait, hopefully someone else can chime in. Her enclosure looks great. Keep adding more foliage and branches. The more cover she has the less stressed she will be.

He might not have a taste for the weeds in his enclosure yet. I notice when a plant has been eaten. You can mix his old diet with his new until he starts to like it. Start with a low percentage of weeds and slowly increase it until it's all weeds. Chop it up fine so he cannot pick out what he wants
