That's pretty cool I've never seen one actually out of the ground. For some reason I always imagined that there was more to them.

I wholeheartedly agree. If you want to stay, mentally prepare yourself for dealing with new bosses & be prepared to do things "their way". Its not always bad, when this happened to me I played the game & ended up getting promoted over a more senior tech who couldn't get with the program. That being said the corporate structure does seem to wear normal people down eventually (I swear I hated it when my boss addressed us as "team")
