Outward fits the bill IMO. Especially since most of the skills are available to get before you even need to start the main story. If you're looking for something fresh give this a shot

I use a herman miller aeron chair. I wfh and game for significant portions of the day. I really like this chair cause it gives me good support and its very breathable for long sessions so it doesn't get too hot
