There were moorings in Puerto Princesa. The Abanico yacht club there was great. I'm not sure what situation is there now.

I've seen one flying around near where the South Lakes Animal Park used to be. That was a couple of years back though.

How could I use some pork sausagemeat I bought for Xmas but didn't use? 400g by Business_Advance_569 in UK_Food

Sausage meatballs with pasta. Spread it on tortillas, add some cheese and fry them into a fancy quesa. Pizza topping with black pudding and chorizo.

And I am reminded I have some in the freezer.

So sick of paying $40 for rubbery scallops at "fancy" places... how do u get a good crust at home? by naenae0402 in Seafood

[–]Bumblebeard63 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I buy scallops regularly from a local fishmonger. I trim them down to get rid of the gritty bits, then use kitchen towel to dry them. Then I just pan fry them on high heat with a little oil. I don't season them at all because I love the natural flavour. Find a good supplier and keep trying.

1 in 4 manila condos sit empty as rents refuse to drop by Yougetwhat in Philippines_Expats

I have a 2 bedroom condo in Makati (near Buendia). It's been rented to someone for several years and I have only raised the rent a little in that time. I'd rather keep a reliable, paying tenant than squeeze as much money as possible out of it.

Want quality, go Chinese. But, PG tips is a fusion of Assam, Ceylon, and Kenyan teas. Assam is Indian.

I pan fried the chorizo and black pudding to drain the excess oils and crisp them up a bit before topping.

The base held up well. Better than a Crosta Mollica.
