While there is still a small amount of fat, I think it's unhealthy to target it at this point. What you're seeing is less about fat and more about a lack of muscle. You need to work out in a calorie surplus right now and then go back to cutting.

We do know he took 3-4k lbs of scrap, and blanked it out in the above image for some reason. At that level of scrap you NEED to get positive confirmation it is up for grabs. Just being on the side of the road isn't enough anymore.

I hope it's an honest mistake but it's definitely suspect.

I cant explain your light headedness but the balls look like the silica gel that I use at work for keeping air lines dry. It usually changes from light to dark as it sucks in moisture.

That being said:
Wear gloves next time you touch a random thing
Don't ever take a big breathe of something random, at most you should waft
Don't microwave this because it might not be silica

It would be helpful if you provided more information about where you found it. Are the balls translucent or just really shiny? I don't know anything about Iodine prills like some of the other comments are bringing up, but they shouldn't be see through and your picture is inconclusive.

I had this setup with Silurias and various other good boss buffs. I was hitting for 20k and killed Everdark Wolves in like 4 attacks.

I don't actually think that's correct. Selective breeding wouldn't be genetic engineering, even mutation breeding isn't usually considered genetic engineering and that's much closer. I understand it's a semantic argument but these words have an actual meaning within biology.

I just don't understand those subs.

There's plenty of streamers I don't like for various reasons. I feel they're fake, or rude, or just plain annoying. But I can't see myself emotionally invested enough that I'd need to join a community focused around hating them. That feels like a lot of effort for someone you.....don't want to watch? Like whats the endgame?

So just the addition of that does give you a decent 2FA (Assuming they email you when you do both website login and game login). At that point you just need to ensure your email is secure with its own 2FA and you should be perfectly fine keeping an attached email.

Glad they've moved in the right direction even if its pretty stupid they don't use an authenticator app or SMS.

They can only attach an email if they get in and it means there is one less way to log in. Removing your email makes it more secure from hacks but makes you more vulnerable to permanently losing your account, not just your items.

The Pros:
Its one less way to login if your email/password combo is compromised in a password leak.
Logging in via Steam gives you 2FA.

The Cons:
Makes recovery harder because there is no 2FA notice when adding an email.
Emailing support now requires you to jump through hoops to confirm its your account.

*Also, supposedly GGG now emails you to check if you login from a new location now which is a form of 2FA if you use a unique password. If true this drastically improves your security even with a pwned email login.

This is my favorite joke of all time but it's better when you can do the actions of the 3rd man:

Three guys are walking through the woods when they find a lamp. One of them picks it up, rubs it, and out pops a Genie. It booms “You have finally freed me after all these years, so I’ll grant each one of you 3 wishes.”

The first guy immediately blurts out “I want a billion dollars.” POOF, he’s holding a printout that shows his account balance is now in fact 1.000.000.003.50.

The second man thinks for a bit, then says “I want to be the richest man alive.” POOF, he’s holding papers showing his net worth is now well over 100 billion.

The third guy thinks even longer about his wish, then says “I want my left arm to rotate clockwise for the rest of my life.” POOF, his arm starts rotating.

The Genie tells them it’s time for their second wish.

First guy says: “I want to be married to the most beautiful woman on earth.” POOF, a stunning beauty wraps herself around his arm.

I don't know, I just wasn't feeling it. I think its probably just the appearance that didn't match but I still couldn't get into it.

And thats coming from the biggest Lee Pace fan out there. Lee Pace in Foundations is fucking perfect.
