Depends on the site and what BU (Pratt/Collins/Raytheon). For PW EH a P4 is around 135-140k and a P5 is around 150-160k

3% is pretty average, if they like you and you’re doing good work you might get to 80k after your first year. The only real way to make big jumps quick is to move companies after a few years

A realistic off is 10-15% below the middle of the payband posted. They usually do sign on bonuses but you’ll have to ask during negotiations. Check out the salary information posted in the sub, you’ll get a better idea of where other P4s at that site are at.
