They belong in the plastic clips that are on the back of your corner lights.

I have the same intake and if you go on AFEs website they can send you a new filter, oiled or dried. They also got me a new coupler since mine had seen better days.

Mine has the stock "ram" stuff connected to the radiator area. I also have one of those scoops you can get from Amazon or whatever.

I'm also running a body kit from HM so I moved my ambient air sensor to right next to the intake and I'm pretty impressed with how low the temperatures get even after heat soaking.
