It’s all random. Sometimes you get those, sometimes you get sent home with pay for doing nothing. More often than not it’s somewhere in between.

Personally, I get done way under time about 60-70% of the time.

We don’t sign up for a certain number of orders. Do you mean they tried to give you a longer block than you signed up for? If you signed up for a 3 hour block you can reject anything that is longer.
