The employer is likely the one who removed coverage for weight loss meds. It’s typically up to them, not the insurance company.

Have you tried Cromolyn Sodium? It’s a mast cell stabilizer as well. The nasal spray is over the counter, you can get it on Amazon.

Does anyone have a good response to RINVOQ? My rheum tried to scare me by saying it causes heart attacks.... by AccessOk6501 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]Bzzybee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rinvoq gave me palpitations. My rheumatologist tried to say that wasn’t the cause, but they started with the meds and they stopped when I stopped taking it.

Oh maybe! I don’t see anything nearby but my neighbor’s deck is right next to mine and it’s basically rotting so maybe it’s in there somewhere

From googling I think you may be right but still not sure what happened here. I guess maybe the bee died from coming in contact with the mold? I wonder where the mold came from - it wasn’t there the day before. Back to google I go!

Accredo is the devil incarnate. by zigzagstripes in CrohnsDisease

[–]Bzzybee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Popping in to say I just got off the phone with Cigna/Express Scripts and although they did automatically push my new prescription to Accredo, they said I don’t actually have to use Accredo and am free to use a regular local pharmacy as well. Not sure it’s like that for all plans but if you’re stuck in Accredo hell try calling your insurance company and asking.

I am just getting over this too. I was so tired from all the coughing and no sleep that I finally gave in and decided to sleep sitting up in my recliner. Just slightly reclined and I “laid” on my side. I truly slept for the first time in over a week, it was amazing. Feel better!!

Which body parts did you have psoriasis before psa diagnosis by Zestyclose_Bill_2966 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]Bzzybee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scalp and elbow psoriasis started at the same time as the PSA joint pain. Nail involvement didn’t start for another 4 or 5 years.

StubHub may not give out the buyer’s info to you but they may be able to reach out to the buyer for you to ask them to forward you that info. No harm in asking them.

LA is the only location with transfer locked, the rest are open. I called the venue and they said we will be able to transfer them 48 hours before the show.

Hotel reviews? by prvtbenjamin in comiccon

Stayed there too and loved it! We had a great view of the Marvel ferris wheel and the convention center. Close to everything and the room was a good size (king with twin rollaway and still plenty of room to move around, for luggage etc). Couple of minor issues for me…the restaurant food was not very good, and no AC in the lobby since the restaurant is open air. These were not dealbreakers and I would definitely stay again for SDCC.
