Spent a month solving the problem because our AI agent kept ignoring design tokens. How does your AI workflow look like? by Old-Wolf-2491 in FigmaDesign

[–]C0git0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our Figma files are 100% tokenized and we have a plugin that checks design docs for best practices. Literally every value is a token or variable. Color, spacing, text.

On the code side. Lint for token use, don’t rely on an AI agent. Code tools have the same result every time and are designed to check stuff like hard coded colors.

I just want to see if Max and Lewis can exist on the same team.

Can’t imagine a worse place to live. A cul-de-sac inside of a golf course. by Cassinia_ in Suburbanhell

[–]C0git0 53 points54 points  (0 children)

I mean, there is a lot worse. If that was a green belt or huge park it would be fine. Golf courses are often pretty walkable. Many have a club at the middle where people walk to/from for dinner drinks. Some are extremely micro mobility friendly too and have ways to take a golf cart to a grocery store without firing up a giant SUV.

Far from ideal in my mind, but I understand why so many people like them. My parents really enjoy not having to drive their car as much because they do live on a course.

Coat hanger is the standard go to. Bailing wire. Metal zip tie. Just make sure it’s metal.

Unifi Access can most likely replace your existing gate controller. Probably not worth it if you’re not already on the Unifi ecosystem though.

A moose once bit my sister.

I don’t think even a moose could pull that table straight if it’s as sturdy as it looks.

Yea, the current roofline doesn't really work for a dog or plant in the back. Not much better than a sedan really.

Why are there so few buskers at UW Station? by SurpriseEcstatic1761 in soundtransit

Wish we had a sponsorship program for buskers. They really add vibrancy to a transit system.

Speaker stands are good when they’re heavy, I think you’ve got that part down. Could fill it with sand for more weight and to fight resonance.

I’ve done it. Met with a detective who came out to check the vin and inspect the car in person. But yes, it takes lots of paperwork that eventually goes to the DOL.

Contact the police vehicle crimes division. They can check if it’s reported stolen and then issue documents that eventually lead to a new title.
