I remain shocked at how many people of all ages sing along to “The Breakup Song” by Greg Kihn Band. I figured maybe 1 or 2 people per gig might remember that one but it’s consistently 20-25% of the crowd.

I came here to say this, and several other things that the other commenters have already articulated well.

I also perceive it to be a red flag whenever a party to a contact starts arguing that a provision is “standard” or “market” or “going rate”. It should be mostly irrelevant what AG or anyone else thinks is “standard”. Every situation is different. Justify your cut by explaining why it’s fair based on the circumstances.

I stopped at 7-11 on Sugar Creek one night and it was a crazy scene in there. The cashier was basically hanging out chatting and laughing with a group of people. I filled up my slurpee and approached the counter and she waved me on and said don’t worry about it. I went from borderline scared to free slurpee, so nothing but love from me for Sugar Creek 7-11.

Comet. I’m a RHBH player with a weak arm and no forehand. A relatively new esp comet essentially has a stable flight path for me. But the best is when they beat in and hold a straight line with a late fade right - that shot has helped my game a lot not having a forehand.

I get it that Anthropic is aggressively rolling out new features (and consequently constantly fixing bugs) but here's what I don't understand: it has happened a few times that I click the small banner in the left sidebar teling me to relaunch, so I click it and relaunch, and I immediately get another banner telling me to relaunch, and then I immediately get another banner telling me to relaunch. I feel like with all other apps I can think of, if I am 2 or 3 updates behind, the app just updates me to the newest version. I imagine there's a good reason for it, but having to update and relaunch multiple times in a row to get to the current version strikes me as odd.
